Welcome
to your Nutrition Program, CHRIS! I have plenty of information to help
you eat right. As your coach, I'll teach you how to plan a diet that
will keep you on the path to being healthy.
Here's what to expect from this program:
- We're going to start off in Level 1 by learning about problems you encounter when you don't follow a healthy diet, and the benefits of nutritious eating.
- In Level 2, I'll talk about what your nutritional goals should be based on what you've told me about yourself.
- In Level 3, I'll show you how to count calories and plan your diet. I'll also help you figure out where you can cut back.
- I'll bring exercise into the picture in Level 4 and talk about healthy eating and how to deal with temptations.
- In Level 5, I'll remind you to focus on success and I'll give you advice on healthy eating over a lifetime.
Eating right is not as hard as you think. Take it
one meal at a time. Gradually, you will make changes for the better.
I'll be with you all the way. Now, let's get you started on the road to
healthy eating. You can do it!
