Advancing to the next level
You did it, CHRIS! Level 2 is up next and will be ready in 7 day(s). But you've got homework to do first.
As your coach, I want to make sure this level makes
a difference in your daily life. So, take this time to review the slide
shows, use the tools and re-read the articles. You can print the
articles to read, take notes, or even share with a friend.
Remember, in 7 day(s) I'll get you started on Level
2 - keep up the good work until then. CHRIS, you're doing great! Here's
a glance back at the Intro page of your program to remind you of what's
being covered in each level.
Hi CHRIS,
Welcome to your personalized exercise plan. Before I talk about
what you need to do, I want you to know that I have considered your
lifestyle in developing this program:
Your lightly active lifestyle
I will help you enhance your exercise program, which you are doing only one to two times a week.
- You should exercise at least five times a week.
- I will guide you to exercises that match your ability and
interests.
- I will also give you tips on how to work out longer and more intensely.
Here's what to expect from this program:
- In Level 1, I'll cover the basics of exercise and then help you set goals.
- Then, when you reach Level 2, I'll teach you to find out your fitness level and help you to get over your real and imagined roadblocks.
- I'll help you in Level 3 to find the right routine and exercises and explain the connection between weight and exercise.
- Level 4 deals with the elements of a workout and gives you tips on how to get support.
- When you get to Level 5,
I'll give you more advice on how to stay motivated.
- No matter
what your age, fitness level or medical condition, exercise can help
you. Let's get started.
